Facebook Ad Consulting Terms of Service

Welcome to our unique hybrid-teaching program, designed specifically with you in mind to help you create, analyze, and scale Facebook ads. Before we dive into the world of Facebook ads together, there are a few key points we need to cover. These terms ensure we're all on the same page and can work together to reach your potential for Facebook advertising for your books.

No Guarantees on ROI

Its important to understand that advertising can be as unpredictable as a plot twist in your latest novel. We can't guarantee specific returns on investment (ROI), but we promise to equip you with the strategies and insights you need to navigate the Facebook ads landscape while we do try to hit returns that are 2x ad spend.

Refund Policy

Think of our strategy and implementation sessions as building your blueprint to success. Once we've embarked on this journey, we’ve invested significant time and money into the process, meaning that refunds won't be available. We're here to commit to your success, and we hope you're just as committed to this process.

Scheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a call, you've got 48 hours to let us know. Just hop onto our availability calendar and pick a new slot that works for you. However, if you miss two sessions in a row without sending an email or a message, you’ll lose the call.

Ad Spend Minimum

$10/day or $300 a month is the absolute minimum for ad spend. If you cannot cover this without feeling anxious or afraid, you are not be ready for FB Ad Consulting

Booking Your First Call

We're excited to get started, and we're sure you are too! Your first call needs to be booked within 3 months of signing up. If 4 months go by without scheduling your next session, your engagement may be canceled. We will make every attempt to remind you to schedule and we do understand life happens but we must keep most engagements moving.

 

Support Between Calls

 

You'll have up to two hours of email/chat time for support between our calls – consider it your lifeline for quick questions and guidance. Excessive support requests will require an additional $100/hour fee (covering communication and any research/analysis time). It ensures we can maintain the quality and responsiveness you deserve while paying our employees what they deserve.

 

Once you send in an email or message, please give us up to 48 hours to get back to you, though we try to do so much sooner.

 

These terms are designed to ensure we can provide the best possible service to you, our esteemed authors, while respecting the time and resources of our team. By agreeing to these terms, you're not just signing up for an ad consulting service; you're getting a team dedicated to the success of authors in the ever-evolving world of online advertising.
